Product Description
This clamp makes pocket-hole joints as easy to clamp as they are to make. One side of the adjustable locking plier clamp is formed into a pin that mates perfectly into a 3/8" pocket hole, and the other side has a swivel pad that allows the clamp to align perfectly with the mating surface. Comfort grips eliminate pinching when releasing the clamp. Once you try the RAC you will wonder how youve been doing pocket-hole joints without it! Also great for assembling all types of box joints.

 A slightly improved version of Kreg's original right angle clamp December 6, 2008

The major difference between this and Kreg's original version (still available) is the handle padding, though this version does away with the inner vice-grip release lever also (it's not really necessary). For the same money, you might as well buy these for the extra comfort, particularly if you are doing a lot of carcasses. As I said in my review of the original, there is simply no substitute for these, and they work exceptionally well.

I just bought a K2 jig and both the KHC RAC right angle clamp and the KHC premium face clamp. I built a cabinet today using all three Kreg products. I am very impressed. Construction was very fast and accurate.
The RAC made it very easy to attach a solid wood edging to the plywood top and attaching the sides to the top. In fact a couple times I thought it would be nice to have 2.
The KHC made the face frame assembly quick and easy. The joints separated slightly while driving the screw but pulled together well and stayed flush.
It has been a long time since I have been this pleased with a tool. The Kreg system is going to change how I assemble projects.

To me, this is an absolute necessity when using with the Kreg jig. The standard flat clamp that comes with the set works great to keep the tops aligned, but this clamp keeps the pieces tightly together when putting in the screw. This is especially true with harder wood.

I wish I would have had this product months ago. I am a DIY'er who loves to do some minor carpentry and am trying to build my skills. This tool was an awesome addition to my Kreg pocket hole system. I recommend it to all who utilize that type of joinery. It holds the wood in the correct spot, creates a 90 degree angle, and allows for easy installation of screws, nails, etc.

this clamp does everything they show on the videos and does it well. It's so handy they should routinely sell it with the pocket tool sets instead of making it a separate purchase
